SERVICE HIRE CAR CHARGES

The cost for customers using one of our replacement vehicles has changed

A standard fee of £15.00 incl. VAT will be applied

for each day the car is used

The charge covers our working day

between 8:00 am & 6:00 pm

The fee includes comprehensive insurance underwritten by ACE European Group Limited

Fuel is charged at 30p per mile, if the fuel is not replaced

Some of our cars are diesel, please take care when fuelling

You will have to produce a valid driving licence at check-in

Please bring both parts of your two-part licence

We may have to refuse the loan if a licence cannot be shown

COLLECTION & RE-DELIVERY CHARGES

The cost for customers using our collection and re-delivery service is £10.00 plus VAT (£11.75 inclusive)

This service is available up to a nine mile radius from Cobham and should be booked well in advance

as delivery slots are very limited
